At DeVoG, you learn to plan your success, build a clientele and determine your level of income. Hair design graduates don't just work in salons, they may work in television, product sales, fashion shows, photography, for product suppliers, on-stage artists, educators, managers, etc.

Months 1-2 - THEORY
Salon Fundamentals™ and The Scientific Approach™ series of textbooks form the foundation upon which your future success will be based.
Months 3-4 - SKILLS
Quality, speed, dexterity and artistry are developed.
Months 5-10 - PRACTICE
Experience is expanded through work on clients along with portfolio projects.
Students work in a state-of-the-art, fully functioning salon environment, monitored by our top notch instructors.
Those students that earn the highest marks and have the best abilities may be offered a position in our Advanced Stylist Apprentice program in our Apprentice Salon.
Course dates
The course is 8- 10 months long. Start dates are January, April, July, September and October.

Admissions
To
be eligible for an Ontario Hairstyling License you must be able to
provide proof of successful completion of Grade 12 in Ontario or
equivalent. To attend DeVoG you must complete a tour or a telephone
interview.
DeVoG prefers students who
have good attendance in their last job or school. We look for students
who are committed, are career-focused, success oriented and have strong
communication skills.
