Make Up The Basics of Make-up is an 8-week program, one night per week for 3 hours per lesson.
3 weeks of basic theory, and 3 weeks of hands on.
Participants will cover basic fundamentals of makeup artistry with both written and practical exams.

Lesson 1 – Introduction, Tools, Hygiene, Set up, Client Etiquette Lesson 2 – Make-up mediums, Colour Theory and Seasons, Colour Co-ordination Lesson 3 - Introduction to The Face, Base applications, eye shape techniques, working on brows, blending Lesson 4 – Day Make-up demonstration and hands on, Lesson 5 - Evening make-up demonstration and hands on Lesson 6 – Corrective Make-up, Day and Evening Review, hands on Lesson 7 - Review lessons 1 through 6 – Quiz and hands on Lesson 8 - Exam ****
Prerequisites : None - however a general appreciation for hair and makeup will be useful.
Course is presently held on Wednesday evenings at the DeVoG Academy downtown campus.
Next available course commences March 4th 2009.
cost: $2,500 includes fully functional make-up kit with necessary tools.

Hair Extensions The program requires 8 hours of training, consisting of 3 hours of theory and 5 hours of practical.
